There are some new benefits for you to take advantage of! In addition to being able to order products from both Hero Arts and Spellbinders, orders over $300 receive free domestic shipping. International and Canadian retailers now have the option to use your own third-party carrier. If you intend to use your own carrier, please be sure to include your account information and details in the form.
Proof of tax exemption is required for all wholesale accounts. After your account is converted, you can expect an email from the tax software Avalara with a form you'll need to fill out for tax exemption. Any orders placed before this form is completed will be charged sales tax that cannot be refunded.
