All Hero Arts Cling stamps are made with deeply etched red rubber for precise stamping. They cling to an acrylic block, and clean up easily with water or stamp cleaner. Handmade in the USA. Artist tip: Use without a block! Place rubber face up, apply ink to the design, and then press the paper to the inked rubber.
