Keepsake Society is a quarterly subscription of exclusive Keepsake
Studios by Esther Glas products designed for independent retailers. Each quarter,
society members will receive a curated bundle of exclusive products that aren’t
available anywhere else, as well as project inspiration, images and ongoing
education. Exclusive products may include dies, stamps, printed paper, ephemera and more.

Each independent retailer participating in the society will need to sign up in advance for a one year commitment of the number of bundles you’d like to receive each quarter. The first round of Keepsake Society membership
will start in January 2026.

The Keepsake Society was created for independent retailers.
The products will not be offered on Spellbinders.com, to distributors, nor to
other national online retailers for a full year. Any remaining inventory may become available elsewhere in 2027.

Retailers will subscribe to a minimum quantity of bundles that
they are committing to purchase each quarter. The subscription quantity can be
increased throughout 2027, but cannot be decreased below the committed level.
Only subscribing retailers will be able to purchase the quarterly curated
bundles, which will be available at a discounted rate. Independent retailers
who do not subscribe to the Keepsake Society will be able to purchase individual
items at regular wholesale prices the month following the subscriber release,
as inventory allows.

Keepsake Society 2027 will build around Esther's signature binders, with a new custom color embossed binder that is exclusive to independent retailers. CardLab products and projects will not be featured in 2027.

The Introductory Bundle will include:

• A new binder- Exclusive independent-retailer only binder with embossed details
• A Studio Archives paper book - similar to your favorite Reminiscence paper books, but in a new size that allows each sheet to cut two full binder pages
• A page die set - cuts a page for the binder with extra features
• A 6" x 8" stamp set - jam packed with essential phrases and sentiments to use all year

The introductory bundle has a retail value of $140!

Quarterly bundles will have an approximate retail value of $65 and may include:

• die sets
• stamp sets
• ephemera
• rub-ons
• stickers
• pocket pages
• other elements created by Esther

Each bundle will remain a surprise until the beginning of the new quarter, when a reveal video will be shared.

Each retailer must commit to a minimum of five bundles per quarter.

Consumer pricing for Keepsake Society Subscribers who join before October 10, 2026 is as follows:

Any additional Introductory Bundles needed after the initial reservation period closes will be priced at $54.99.

Keepsake Society products are not subject to additional discounting.

No. Again, to keep the program fair for all, we request that the set pricing is consistent across all retailers. That said, we encourage you to customize the program for your customers, which can include offering some type of value-added benefit.

You may fill out the form as many times as needed before the deadline. Only the latest dated reservation will be used.

By the 5th of the first month of each quarter, you will be sent an invoice for your reserved quantity that will include shipping costs.

Orders over $400 will receive free domestic shipping. International customers will receive a discount off $10 off shipping to help offset costs.

Members will be issued an invoice by the 5th of the first month of each quarter for the quantity of bundles reserved. They will then have until the 14th of the month to pay the invoice to guarantee stock. On the 15th, any remaining bundles will become available for members to purchase as inventory allows.

Non-members will be able to order individual products ala carte at standard wholesale/MSRP on the 5th of the following month, while supplies last.

For example, for January:

• Jan 1-5: Invoices are issued and orders are shipped out on a first come, first served basis
• January 14th: all invoices must be completed to ensure stock availability
• January 15: any remaining inventory of bundles becomes available for members to order and will remain available as inventory allows
• February 5: Individual products are available ala carte to non-members

In order to manage the inventory and guarantee stock for members, only the quantity of bundles reserved by October 10th are guaranteed for Q1 and Q2.

Retailers who become Keepsake Studio members by reserving 5+ kits will have the ability to purchase additional bundles after the initial reservations have been fulfilled, on the 15th of the first month of the quarter.

We know that as the program builds, more members will surely want to join! In order to manage the inventory and guarantee stock for members, only the quantity of bundles reserved by October 10th are guaranteed for Q1 and Q2.

Retailers who become Keepsake Studio members by reserving 5+ kits will have the ability to purchase additional bundles after the initial reservations have been fulfilled, on the 15th of the first month of the quarter.

You're welcome to accept new members throughout the year, with the understanding that only the bundles you reserved by October 10th are guaranteed. We plan to reorder as needed so that the introductory bundle will remain available throughout 2027 for new members.

If you need to increase your overall reservation, we may be able to accommodate. Products are ordered roughly 15 weeks before release, so overall subscriber increases cannot be guaranteed until the quarter 3-4 months after the request, but we do intend to have inventory availability over the reserved amount to allow for subscriber increases. Retailers that subscribe to 10 or more bundles per month will be able to purchase a demo bundle at a highly discounted rate to demo and create samples with. Pricing for demo bundles is:

• Introductory Bundle: $30
• Quarterly Bundles: $15

Since the bundles are so full of great products, no additional upsells are planned at this time.

Keepsake Studios will continue to release new collections throughout 2027, which would be great complements to Keepsake Society bundles.

Esther and her design team may feature or highlight favorite coordinating products during the monthly education, so exclusive member sales for these faves may be available.

Keepsake Studios, Esther's brand, has a passionate and loyal online following! Esther has been sharing information about Keepsake Society with the Keepsake Studios Facebook Group to encourage fans to participate in this program.

A public Facebook group will be available especially for Keepsake Society. Within the Facebook group, project images and inspiration will be shared and promoted. Retailer members are highly encouraged to participate in the group and invite customers. Within the group, challenges will be issued by Esther to inspire participation and sharing of created projects.

Monthly education will be available to keep customers engaged and creating. Esther and her design team will offer a class each month to create a project with the quarter's bundle. These videos will be hosted on YouTube and shared in the Facebook Group. Retailer members will receive information and a schedule of the planned education via email and in the Keepsake Society page in the Toolbox.

Retailers who do not subscribe to the Keepsake Society membership can still get in on the fun!

While a reservation of 5 bundles or more per quarter is required for membership, any remaining inventory after subscriptions are fulfilled will be available to order ala carte the second month of the quarter. Only members may purchase the bundles, but ala carte products will be available to all independent retailers while supplies last.

Keepsake Society products are not subject to additional discounting and will be available at standard wholesale of 50% off MSRP.

Only retailers who subscribe before October 10th are guaranteed stock for members. However, we will accept new retailer members for Keepsake Society as inventory allows. Please email Erin at ehigginbotham@spellbinders.us to request to join if you have missed the reservation deadline.

We may be able to offer additional Studio Archive books for members to purchase, but it is not guaranteed. More information will be available after reservations close on October 10th.

No, since Keepsake Society is only for Independent Retailers, it will not be available through distributors. If you would like to participate in Keepsake Society, orders will be created directly through Spellbinderswholesale.com.

International distributors may have a small quantity of individual products to offer ala carte, but it is not guaranteed.
